Consent-based direct referral attribution, private signup counts and account UI are implemented behind separate rollout controls. Hosted draft program storage and administration are live; affiliate enrollment, reconciled-revenue statements and payouts remain pending. Affiliates may receive an approved share of eligible PredictBet commission only; they receive no customer funds, credit or trading authority.

Draft defaults record 15%, 20% and 25% tiers, a 30% combined cap, monthly cadence, 30-day hold and 100 USDC minimum. The AAL2 admin editor supports direct and parent rate drafts with revision and cycle controls. No terms are published; reconciled PredictBet commission accounting and affiliate payout execution are not connected or approved.

Terms, privacy, risk and eligibility
Owner-supplied entity: Strike Gaming Center S.A.S de C.V., Mexico. No formal Mexico legal assessment is recorded; it remains pending until its reviewer, reference, scope, conditions and review dates are available. A legal assessment is not a license or venue authorization. PredictBet conducts customer identity review through its separately tested in-house KYC operation. Identity, age, residence, sanctions and venue-location decisions fail closed. Final customer terms, privacy documents and other customer-facing policies remain pending unless each document is separately approved and published.
